When Children are new to nursery all practitioners are very aware of and attentive to their needs and interests and they all work to help them enjoy activities. Staff are very welcoming and get to know when they visit nursery (Ofsted)

0040_083Our staff team understand that leaving your child for the first time in nursery is a big event and can be a stressful and upsetting time for you and sometimes, your child. Therefore, we try and make this as easy as possible. When leaving your child please rest assured that staff will spend as long as required settling in a new little one.

Once your place is booked, but before your child starts nursery, we will offer you and your child the opportunity to attend ‘settling in’ sessions. This experience is invaluable and will enable us to begin to build important relationships with you and your child. We want you to be comfortable and confident in leaving your child with us.

We welcome you to visit or telephone at any time and members of staff are always available to discuss your child’s progress, the day’s activities or alleviate any concerns. We believe that childcare is a true partnership, so our fully qualified staff will liaise closely with you to ensure your requirements are met.

“Partnership with parents and carers is good. Parent’s receive good quality information about their child’s progress and achievements on a regular basis” (OFSTED).
